… Raisa is an avid practitioner of different martial arts and also enjoys playing the piano and the accordion. These hobbies are on standby, since Raisa has been a mother for a few years and concentrates her limited free time in being present and enjoying her little daughter to the fullest.
Raisa is part of the governing board of the Spanish section of FIABCI, the International Federation of Real Estate, one of the federations with the largest number of professions in the world in the real estate sector. It also belongs to the governing board of the College of Realtors of Barcelona. She is often invited as a speaker, trainer and presenter in various forums.
Raisa enjoys networking and enjoys the opportunity to continuously learn from clients who come from different cultural backgrounds.
… Raisa has specialized in International Investments and Company Law. He has a law degree and a Master in International Trade from Turku – Finland. She validated her degree and is currently registered as a lawyer in the Bar Association of Barcelona. After graduating in law school, he worked at the prestigious American law firm, Thatcher, Proffit & Wood in Mexico City. And in the last 18 years she has been working in Barcelona, first as an internal consultant for an IT company and then in local law firms before founding AvaLaw in 2007. Raisa speaks fluent English, Spanish, Finnish and can also communicate in Swedish and French.

… Lourdes has extensive experience in private civil law, real estate law, corporate law and litigation in which she stands out with her 13 years of experience representing clients before Spanish courts. He graduated in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2000) and obtained a master’s degree in International Trade Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (2009). Lourdes has worked for a Spanish law firm for six years, mainly dealing with issues of civil law, corporate law and litigation. In 2007, he founded his own firm focusing on advising foreign people and companies concerned about their legal interests in Spain. In 2013 he joined forces with AvaLaw.

… Originally from Palma de Mallorca, Mar is an avid and organized person, and her friends describe her as meticulous and perfectionist. You can find her walking through the streets of Palma de Mallorca, and now she is looking forward to discovering new places in Barcelona, and she likes to cook. She loves to make international trips, and when she is not working, you can find her eating in a good restaurant with her family and friends.
… Lawyer and economist, Mar studied law and economics at ICADE, Madrid. After graduating he studied a Master’s Degree in Executive Business Law at Garrigues, as well as a course on Bankruptcy Administration at the ICAIB.
Since 2006 he is a member of the ICAIB. She has worked at Julián Carnicero, Garrigues, Jorge Sainz de Baranda, and was a lawyer at the Gastronomic Market of Sant Joan in Palma.

… Julia runs the Immigration Law Department at AvaLaw. Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona and with a Master’s degree in European Union Law, Julia specialized in International Law and Immigration Law and is one of the most experienced lawyers in Spain in terms of investment residences. During his 8 years of professional experience, he has helped numerous clients from different countries overcome legal obstacles and manage their residence establishments in Spain in the most beneficial way possible.

…Anna is passionate about Pilates. In fact, he is considered a very active and athletic person and, apart from Pilates, he also regularly practices running since, according to him, he is doing well both physically and mentally. In spite of not being a great cook she is a great defender of a healthy and balanced diet and enjoys discovering new restaurants. Cinema, theater, photography or travel are other hobbies.
… Anna studied at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona where she first obtained a degree in Economics and later graduated in Law. Already during her last year in the faculty, Anna worked in a law firm specialized in Administrative and Urban Law. After completing his university studies, he prepared for 5 years oppositions to the Judiciary under the supervision of a Magistrate of the Supreme Court of Catalonia, currently in the Supreme Court. This stage allowed him to deepen in everything he learned in the law career. … Alexandra holds a degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in International Studies from the University of Barcelona. Subsequently he completed a Master’s Degree in Immigration Law at ISDE. At the same time, he has been studying different courses and specializations in human rights and social issues of interest.
After a few years working in offices in Barcelona, he was clear that he wanted to complete his education in the United States, where he had the opportunity to continue studying at universities such as Georgetown or Kaplan.
Once there, and in love with multiculturalism and the opportunities offered by the country, she developed her professional career first in a law firm of foreigners, and later in the Embassy of Spain in the United States, and in the Organization of American States , institutions where he had the opportunity to work daily with the ministers and the Ambassador of Spain. On the other hand, during the 2016 Presidential Elections in the United States, she was selected to work for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe as an international observer.
After several years there, and recently arrived in Barcelona, Alexandra joins Avalaw’s team as a foreigner lawyer, where she enjoys helping clients from around the world.

… Angela likes to share her time with her two daughters and her husband. The family enjoys outdoor activities in the mountains and in the sea. He likes to travel around Europe with his caravan discovering new lugres and local gastronomy.

… Cristina has grown up surrounded by nature, so her passion for the countryside has led her to practice a multitude of mountain sports such as hiking, biking and climbing, being a regular in sports competitions. Cristina has been actively collaborating with a Foundation based in the city of Calcutta for several years, where she has traveled several times to see in person all the work they do from here.
